Lviv inspired us on creation of Avalon Yard.
For many years Avalon became part of city, adopted his culture and heartfeltness. It is large responsibility: to create projects in historical city.
For this reason, at creation of conception of Avalon Yard, we offered an eloquent design that answers all necessities of habitants and harmoniously combines with architecture of adherent streets. Підзамче-це once historical industrial district of Льова, and the use of brick on the facades of Avalon Yard will be successfully integrated in surrounding building. At development of design project, we created 3d is a design of architecture, maximally harmoniously to recreate the color of environment, that is why chose tints that found in the details of district.
Very important for us was to restrain the atmosphere of historical city and create new aesthetic building in Lviv.

Inspirations searched also in the cities of north and western Europe. For this reason, in the facades of Avalon Yard you can see a few conceptions united inter se.

An important idea was - to create internal space of ring such, in that it is desirable to spend time habitants, комунікувати and safely feel. Also the private terraces of ground floors fluently combine with popular placed, that gives the impression of conditional general linen as resting-places.

Exactly in this project everybody finds for itself something special, important.
